Metropolitan Touring's 207-ft. La Pinta is a 48-passenger luxury yacht so named after the island in the northwest of the Galapagos archipelago - home of the infamous tortoise Lonesome George. La Pinta's 24 midship staterooms provide unparalleled comfort. All cabins are located on the upper deck and have two double beds that can convert to a queen bed, en suite bathrooms and air conditioning. Six cabins are interconnecting and four cabins will accommodate a party of three. Public areas include a bar/salon, dining room, library, sky bar and sun deck. A glass-bottom boat, kayaks, snorkeling gear and wetsuits enhance the aquatic experience. Guests will enjoy the traditional international cuisine as well as some Ecuadorian delicacies accompanied by a selection of wines at dinner. Lunch is served buffet-style and weather permitting, alfresco dining is available on the sun deck. The three naturalist guides stand poised to introduce explorers to the wonders of the Galapagos. La Pinta's crew is made up of professionals, passionate for Galapagos and ready to cater to the needs of the most discerning guests.
