Eight happy guests will soak up the pampering service and amenities, which include four oversized cabins (270 square feet), bedside-controlled adjustable beds, bathrooms that boast a shower stall and soaking tub, and a beautifully lit "demonstration kitchen" that is part of the dining room for impromptu lessons by the chef! Some of the most exquisite wines in the region have been savored onboard Prosperite, each thoughtfully chosen by the veteran host, Spencer Hayes. Again for 2012, the Prosperite glides along the Canal du Bourgogne in southern Burgundy, the heart of the world-famous Cote d'Or vineyards, so there are abundant choices in the fine wine department. Brand-new bicycles and a new Mercedes van top off the experience provided by this superb, super-deluxe category barge, which always receives astounding accolades from our many guests.
