Itineraries
River Cloud cruises offer a number of itineraries through several countries. In the spring, both vessels cruise the waterways of Holland and Belgium for the tulips then, in the summer months, move on to the Rhine and the Danube as well as occasional weeks on the Moselle and Necker rivers in the autumn to take advantage of the vineyard harvests. Guided small group excursions are available at every point of disembarkation and can be booked in advance as a package, or you may opt to venture out on your own to delight in the charming towns and cities along the way. Certain itineraries engage a special theme such as exploring the culinary delight of Belgium, taking in the Cologne Lights fireworks display, or a special waltz-and-opera cruise that includes a lecture on Johann Strauss presented by his great-nephew, Dr. Edward Strauss.
