Frontiers is excited to announce a private jet journey across Asia staying at the stunning Amanresorts in Beijing, Hangzhou, Thimpu, Paro, Rajastahan, Ranthambore, Galle and Tangalle. During this journey, you will have the opportunity to walk on the Great Wall of China, discover off-limit areas of Beijing’s Forbidden City, float across Hangzhou’s stunning West Lake, visit the Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan, explore the Pink City of Jaipur, take a safari in search of the Royal Bengal Tiger, enjoy a private tour of Galle’s ancient fort and do absolutely nothing on Sri Lanka’s exquisite white-sand beaches.
This departure is limited to 18 participants and is $49,950 per person based on double occupancy. Cost includes all flights within Asia, accommodations, transfers, car and driver service, English-speaking guides, activities and entrance fees as outlined in the itinerary, breakfast daily and most lunches. Cost does not include items of a personal nature, airfare to and from your hometown, dinners or gratuities.

Day 1: Beijing
Arrive in Beijing where you will be met and escorted to your private vehicle for the transfer to Aman at Summer Palace. You will enjoy a welcome reception with drinks and traditional Chinese music, before having free time to relax after your journey. In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of the hotel's fantastic restaurants.
Day 2: Beijing
After breakfast at the hotel, begin your China experience with a trip to the legendary Great Wall. You'll be visiting the well-preserved Mutianyu section of the Wall in the company of a renowned expert. After lunch at the excellent Schoolhouse restaurant, head back to Summer Palace and explore this stunning piece of Chinese history, once a royal retreat and boasting beautiful gardens and Kunming Lake. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Aman.
Day 3: Beijing
After another sumptuous Aman breakfast, head into the heart of Beijing for a full day in China's huge and historic capital. Begin with a wander around the city's focal point, Tiananmen Square, under the watchful eye of former ruler Mao Tse Tung, before entering one of Asia's real landmarks - the enormous Forbidden City, which boasts an incredible 9,999 rooms! Wrap up your journey into Chinese history with a visit to the National Museum, opened in 2011 and apparently the largest museum in the world. After lunch at Temple Restaurant, get a taste of contemporary Beijing as you visit the 789 art district, home to many of the city's hottest artists and designers. You'll also get to see two of the landmarks of the 2008 Olympics - the Bird's Nest stadium, and the Water Cube. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at Aman with your fellow travelers.
Day 4: Hangzhou
After a final breakfast at Aman at Summer Palace, transfer to the airport for your private jet flight to Hangzhou. Enjoy lunch on board before landing in Hangzhou and being transferred to your next Aman property, Amanfayun. On arrival you'll be welcomed with a traditional tea ceremony performed by the resort's own tea master. You'll then have the rest of the day free to relax and enjoy the resort's facilities, as well as dining at one of Amanfayun's superb eateries.
Day 5: Hangzhou
A very special start to the day as you enjoy a private breakfast cruise across Hangzhou's peaceful West Lake. You'll spend the rest of the day learning about Hangzhou's important role in tea cultivation. Begin by visiting Longjing Village where you'll meet local tea farmers and sample their produce, before moving on to the National Tea Museum, and taking a walk from Nine Creeks to Longjing, passing through a scenic valley flanked by hills of tea plantations. In the evening, Amanfayun will bid goodbye to you with a farewell dinner.
Day 6: Thimphu
After breakfast at Amanfayun, transfer to the airport for your private jet flight to the Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan. Upon arrival at Paro Airport you'll be transferred to Amankora in Thimphu, Bhutan's capital. On arrival you'll be greeted with cocktails and a local art presentation, before spending the rest of the day at your leisure, with dinner taken in the resort's restaurant.
Day 7: Thimphu
After breakfast at Amankora, you'll have a busy day visiting the most important attractions of the Bhutanese capital. Visit the famous Astrology School, home to 100 astrologer-monks; the 400-year old Cheri Monastery; and the National Library, which houses over 10,000 ancient religious texts. After a fascinating day, relax over drinks and dinner at Amankora's dining room.
Day 8: Paro
After breakfast, take the scenic drive from Thimphu to Paro, home to many of Bhutan's most treasured historic sites. On arrival at Amankora Paro, you'll enjoy welcome cocktails and a presentation of local art, as well as lunch in the resort's dining room. In the afternoon, visit the National Textile Museum where you'll learn about Bhutanese weaving; Thimphu Dzong, the seat of the country's government; the National Museum of Bhutan which houses priceless relics from the country's history; the sacred 7th century temple of Kyichu Lkakhang; and the iconic Drukgyel Dzong fortress before returning to Amankora for dinner.
Day 9: Paro
After breakfast at Amankora, head out to visit some of Paro's most fascinating historic sites. Begin by trekking up to Bhutan's most iconic site - the cliffside Tiger's Next monastery. You'll continue on to beautiful Paro Dzong, the local administrative seat as well as the home of over 350 monks. Then it's onto the National Museum of Bhutan which houses priceless relics from the country's history. Then you'll visit the sacred 7th century temple of Kyichu Lkakhang, before finishing your tour at the iconic Drukgyel Dzong fortress. (As the trek to Tiger's Nest is quite tiring, subsequent activities are entirely optional.) You'll return to Drukgyel Dzong in the evening for a very special private dinner within the fortress walls.
Day 10: Alwar
After breakfast at Amankora, transfer to the airport for your private jet flight to Jaipur, India. On arrival, you'll be transferred to Alwar, home to your next Aman resort, Amanbagh, where you'll be greeted with cocktails and a local art presentation. In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of the resort's three restaurants.
Day 11: Alwar
After breakfast at Amanbagh. head to the fascinating ruined city of Bangarh, where your expert guide will give you an insight into its colorful history. You'll finish your visit with a yoga session. In the afternoon, it's time for the fun Cowdust Tour, a jeep trip through the local villages surrounding Amanbagh where you'll meet the villagers and their numerous animals! In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner at Amanbagh.
Day 12: Ranthambhore
After breakfast, depart Amanbagh for a road trip through northern India to Ranthambore National Park, where you'll be staying at the Aman-i-Khas luxury tented camp, just outside the Park itself. On arrival you'll have cocktails around the campfire, then have time to relax and freshen up before enjoying evening dinner and live traditional music around the resort's pool.
Day 13: Ranthambhore
An early start today as you embark on a Tiger Safari in Ranthambore National Park. While you're not guaranteed a tiger sighting, Ranthambore is one of the best places in India to see them so keep a good lookout! You'll also have the chance to observe deer, antelope, gazelle and crocodiles, as well as various bird species. In the afternoon, try another type of safari - by camel! Your beast of burden will carry you to a nearby hilltop where you can see magnificent sunset views over Ranthambore. In the evening, Aman-i-Khas will arrange a very special bush dinner experience with live cooking and cultural performances.
Day 14: Galle
After breakfast at Aman-i-Khas, say goodbye to Ranthambore and transfer to the airport for your private jet flight to Colombo, Sri Lanka. On arrival, you'll switch to a local seaplane and fly direct to the historic port of Galle, home to your next resort, Amangalla. Enjoy cocktails and local art on arrival, then relax before dinner in the Amangalla dining room.
Day 15: Galle
After breakfast, join your personal butler for a walking tour of Galle's historic Fort, established by Portuguese settlers over 600 years ago and expanded by the Dutch in the mid-17th century - it's still home to government offices and residents today. After your walk, take a relaxing 90-minute spa treatment at The Baths, Amangalla's well-appointed spa. In the evening, head to Amangalla's own rice paddy for a farewell roti dinner.
Day 16: Tangalle
After breakfast at Amangalla, take the short drive along the southern coast to Tangalle, where you'll check into the stunning Geoffrey Bawa-designed beachfront Amanwella resort. You'll be welcomed with poolside cocktails and canapes and will have the rest of the day free to relax on the beach or by the pool. In the evening, enjoy dinner at Amanwella's dining room.
Day 17: Tangalle
Today is the last full day of your holiday, so after breakfast and yoga the choice is yours - either laze the day away on the beach, or head into Tangalle to explore the town. You can take a morning (or evening, if you prefer) nature walk through the jungle trails near Amanwella, where you might see monkeys, monitor lizards, hares, mongoose and various bird species. Alternatively, try an early morning visit to Tangalle's bustling market, where farmers and fishermen come to sell their produce. In the evening, round off an amazing holiday with a beach barbecue at Amanwella, with fire dancing and live traditional music.
Day 18: Tangalle
After breakfast at Amanwella, transfer back to Colombo from where you can make the connection for your long haul flight back home, after an unforgettable journey across Asia.
